Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped dried mango
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 6 drops “Better Taste” stevia
Directions:
- In a food processor, pulse oats and coconut until finely ground.
- Add mango, almond butter, oil, stevia, and chia seeds, and blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll dough into 12 small balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
