No-Bake Mango Coconut Bites

(100 calories each)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped dried mango
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 6 drops “Better Taste” stevia

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse oats and coconut until finely ground.
  2. Add mango, almond butter, oil, stevia, and chia seeds, and blend until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Roll dough into 12 small balls.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
