Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 6 drops “Better Taste” stevia
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- In a food processor, pulse oats and coconut until finely ground.
- Add cocoa powder, almond butter, honey, stevia, and salt, and blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Roll dough into 12 small balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
